Who we are looking for

At OWOX, every employee plays a crucial role in achieving our goals. As Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the achievement of goals by extending the most critical and non-scalable resource the organization has: the CEO’s time. The Executive Assistant maximizes this resource through the following key activities:

  • Logistics Management : Booking flights, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Time Management : Planning and organizing the CEO’s calendar and meetings including arranging necessary documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Social Media Profile Management : Managing the CEO’s profiles on social networks.
  • Visa and Documentation Support : Handling visa applications and necessary documentation.
  • Knowledge System Management : Organizing and maintaining the company’s knowledge systems.
  • Personal Tasks : Assisting with personal errands and tasks as needed.

You are right for us if you have

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English (level Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Must be readily available and responsive via messengers during working hours (3 PM to 10 PM GMT+3).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collect and systematize information effectively in Spreadsheets.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for excellence.
  • A touch of self-irony and a healthy sense of humor.
