Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve daily processes.
• Work in pools of 3–7 runners, each responsible for a specific scope:
• Alan Clinic / Therapy: Maintain relationships with psychologists, match therapy supply and demand, manage onboarding, invoicing, and booking.
• Claims: Treat claims, monitor external service providers, and ensure best‑in‑class experience for members.
• Fraud: Investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments, and build new prevention methods.
• Set up: Ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding of employees and billing for customers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience (internships and apprenticeships included) from diverse backgrounds such as operations, customer support, account management, logistics, coordination.
• Passionate about delivering and optimizing high‑quality operations.
• Keen problem‑solver and challenger with a “dig deep” mindset, driven by member and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytics skills and comfortable working with data.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Adaptable and able to adjust to variable situations.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Bordeaux.
• Bonus: experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus.
