Operations Coordinator

Rowads Studio is an AI-first creative studio at Morning Feydeau (Paris 2nd). We're hiring an Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of the studio: project coordination, freelance hiring funnel, client onboarding, and general admin - all leveraged through AI agents instead of done manually.

This is not a senior agency PM role. We want someone who has been a strong manual operator (office management, HR/admin, project coordination) and is now ready to multiply themselves through AI tools.

Typical Tuesday in this role:

• Use our AI agents to update status across 20+ ongoing projects
• Source, interview and sign 1-2 freelances to scale studio capacity
• Spot inefficient processes and hand them to the engineering team to automate
• Office life and culture (plants, offsites, in-office + remote happiness)

What we look for:

• 3-5 years in operations, office management or production coordination
• Curious about AI tools — you don't need to be a "Claude expert", you need to enjoy working with tools that change every week
• Bonus: experience hiring or managing freelances / contractors
• Paris onsite, fluent English, ruthlessly organized

Terms:

• Location: onsite at Morning Feydeau, 31 ter rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris
• Duration: 13 weeks initial, renewable. Conversion to permanent role on the table.
