Operations Coordinator
Based in France, Belgium or Spain.
Responsibilities
- Run insurance or health services processes.
- Ensure day‑to‑day follow‑up and monitoring of operations.
- Flag risks and opportunities.
- Operate processes such as invoicing, claims treatment, provider network management, and internal team support.
- Contribute to the definition and ownership of monitoring schemes to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and identify risks and improvement areas.
- Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators) and participate in negotiation rounds.
- Perform controls to verify correct decisions and identify training needs.
- Escalate feedback, help prioritise initiatives, and support efforts to make processes and services more delightful and efficient.
- Implement continuous improvements (automation, process redesign, external communication enhancements, auditing of processes).
Qualifications & Experience
- Targeted for A2‑B level roles.
- Background in operations, process design, or support functions, especially in scaling organisations or industrial/logistics sectors.
- Customer‑facing commercial experience (account management, customer success, communications).
- Event coordination experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
- Passionate about delivering and optimising top‑notch operations; comfortable working with technical processes.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions to improve member and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to dive into data for decision making.
- Highly organised with exceptional follow‑up and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French, or Dutch.
- Adaptable and flexible in variable situations.
- Previous experience in insurance or healthcare sectors is a plus.
