Operations Architect & AI Builder

Roundtable is hiring a pivot operations lead in Paris to orchestrate end-to-end deal execution with Sales, Legal, clients and investors. You’ll design automations, AI agents and internal tooling to accelerate the next hundred deals while staying hands-on today.

In this role you’ll own complex multi-stakeholder processes, unblock cross-functional bottlenecks, and guide clients through the investment journey with both rigor and empathy.
