Operational Transport Manager — CEE

• Oversee CEE transport operations
• Manage and support the Production team
• Drive operational activity and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with commercial and technical teams
• Manage key-account clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement performance indicators and corrective action plans
• Monthly travel to meet with internal and external clients

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or from a Business School, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management and operational leadership
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong management and data analysis skills
