Operational Resilience and Risk Management Specialist

The Truck and Trailer Operational Resilience and Risk Management Specialist will be a member of the General Secretary’s Operational Resilience and physical security Team and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and operating business continuity and risk management processes for the Truck and Trailer Division (Truck Assistance International (TAI) and EBTS). The role ensures the Truck and Trailer Divisions resilience by managing business impact analysis, risk assessments, business continuity strategies, incident management, and annual testing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments, and develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans in line with AXA frameworks, processes, and procedures.
  • Plan, implement, and operate business continuity management processes, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, and business continuity strategy development for Truck And Trailer Division.
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and validation of business impact analysis and risk assessment questionnaires, and consolidate reports for approval.
  • Develop and maintain incident management plans, ensuring alignment with identified risks and agreed strategies.
  • Coordinate annual testing of business continuity and incident management plans, in line with regulatory and group requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with business departments to gather necessary information and support BCM processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance during incidents or crises, and make recommendations to senior stakeholders following operational changes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Resilience community within AXA Partners to ensure alignment with, and adherence to, AXA operational resilience and business continuity standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BCM standards, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 years of relevant experience in business continuity management, risk assessment, or operational resilience within a regulated environment.
  • Experience in writing clear instructions, guidelines, and reports for a broad audience.
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and validating BCM testing and exercises.
  • Strong understanding of BCM standards, best practices, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 22301, EU DORA, ISO3100 or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with the critical activities, risks, and dependencies within an organization and across its value chain.
  • Ability to conduct business impact analysis, risk assessments, and develop business continuity strategies and incident management plans.
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance during incidents or crises, and to make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to influence and implement change across business areas.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills, with experience in leading workshops and delivering awareness campaigns.
  • Advanced administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in information management tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Office).
  • Fluent French and English.

Please note that frequent travel is required for this position. At least twice a year to each of the following locations: France, Belgium, Spain, Macedonia, Moldova, and Germany.
