Strasbourg, France – 5 Days Onsite

6–12 Month Contract – ASAP Start

I’m currently supporting a pharmaceutical organisation looking for an experienced Operational Readiness Project Coordinator to support an ongoing manufacturing project at their site in Strasbourg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all production and operational requirements are identified and captured

• Track ongoing and pending actions through to completion

• Maintain and update the operational project schedule using Microsoft Project

• Act as a key interface between the project team and operational stakeholders to align schedules and requirements

• Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure key actions remain on track

• Work closely with subject matter experts to drive progress of required documentation

• Monitor project milestones, dependencies and outstanding deliverables

Key Requirements:

• Previous project coordination/tracking experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project

• Experience maintaining project schedules, actions and cross-functional deliverables

• Good understanding xuezdbg of pharmaceutical manufacturing/GMP environments

• Strong stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills

• Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive actions to completion

• French speaking required

• Available to work 5 days per week onsite in Strasbourg
