Operational Excellence Lead

Regional Operational Excellence Leader EMEA

Our client, a global manufacturing group, is seeking a Regional Operational Excellence Leader (EMEA) to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of a global operational excellence framework.
• Identify and deliver cross-site process improvements (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, RCA).
• Train, coach, and develop OpEx capability across plants.
• Monitor and report key KPIs (productivity, cost, quality, lead time).
• Support cultural change and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and global OpEx teams.
• 50% travel, reporting to the Business Unit Leader with dotted line into Global OpEx Director.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in operational excellence with leadership responsibility.
• Strong Lean / CI / Production System toolkit knowledge; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching and change management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple regional projects and standardise best practices.
