Operating & Capital Budget Lead

The City of Charlotte is seeking an Operating & Capital Budget Supervisor to oversee financial activities within the Planning, Design & Development Department. This role manages the general fund operating and Capital Investment Plan, supporting budget development and capital project oversight.

You will lead staff, develop reporting tools, and coordinate with managers to ensure accurate accounting and procurement processes. A degree and budgeting experience in local government are preferred.
