OpenAI Master Trainer (H/F)

nonplusultra is hiring, on behalf of our client OpenAI , an OpenAI Master Trainer in the Paris area . You are employed by nonplusultra and deliver OpenAI's AI enablement program to its enterprise and strategic partners.

As an OpenAI Master Trainer, you own the technical and instructional side of trainings, workshops, and bootcamps on Large Language Models, generative AI, and modern AI application development. You are the link between complex AI technology and the people who use it day to day - from software engineers and solution architects to sales and business stakeholders at OpenAI's partners. Your job is to make the knowledge land in a practical, understandable way for each audience and drive real adoption.

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and hands-on labs - including live implementation exercises - for OpenAI's partner organizations.
• Design training for varied audiences, from engineers, developers, and solution architects to sales and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot participant and lab-environment issues live.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-relevant use cases.
• Represent OpenAI confidently with enterprise and strategic partners.
• Keep delivery consistent and high-quality across regions, audiences, and scalable formats.
• Work closely with program leadership and regional stakeholders on training outcomes.

Your profile

You think like an experienced trainer with real technical depth: you make complex AI topics accessible to very different audiences, stay in control in live situations, and bring strong customer-facing presence.

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Background in technical training, developer education, software development, technical consulting, or technical enablement
• Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or enablement programs for professional audiences
• Hands-on experience building, supporting, or teaching labs for LLM-based platforms, generative AI applications, AI agents, or developer-facing AI solutions
• Fluency in English and French
• Nice to have: enterprise technical enablement for global technology organizations
• Nice to have: AI/ML platforms, generative AI ecosystems, developer relations, or cloud infrastructure
• Nice to have: adult-learning, facilitation, or technical-instruction certifications

Skills & Attributes

• Exceptional communication and facilitation - you adapt from engineers to executives without losing the room
• Strong customer-facing presence with enterprise stakeholders
• Confident with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools; comfortable in cloud and modern software environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot participant issues in real time
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region
• Nice to have: training technical and non-technical audiences within the same engagement
• Nice to have: delivering training in multilingual, multicultural environments
• Nice to have: supporting certification, badging, or partner-enablement programs at scale
