Open-Source Neoantigen Researcher — Cancer Immunotherapy Impact
Comfy Bloom
We are building open-source experiments toward finding the cure for cancer. Everything — code, datasets, results, and budgets — is shared openly so anyone can replicate and improve upon our work.
Our focus is on neoantigen discovery : identifying peptides on cancer cell surfaces that the immune system can target, then engineering therapies to destroy those cells without harming healthy tissue.
All of this is done in public, with the belief that with intelligence and enthusiasm, anything is possible.
Why are we doing this?
