Scope of Work (SOW) – IT Device Installation at Under Armour Store

• Customer: Under Armour Store 2020

Scope of Work

The onsite engineer will perform the installation and basic validation of IT devices at the retail store, ensuring all equipment is installed and ready for operational use.

Activities to be Performed:

• Report to the site as per the scheduled maintenance window and coordinate with the store representative.
• Unpack and verify all IT devices and installation materials provided at the site.
• Install IT equipment at designated locations as per the deployment plan.
• Mount or secure devices using the required screws, brackets, and hardware where applicable.
• Connect network devices using LAN cables and ensure proper cable routing and cable management.
• Organize and secure all cabling using cable ties to maintain a neat and safe installation.
• Verify physical network connectivity using a LAN tester.
• Power on installed devices and perform basic hardware health checks.
• Confirm network link status and ensure devices establish network connectivity.
• Coordinate with the remote IT team for configuration support and functional verification, if required.
• Capture photographs of the completed installation and cable management.
• Report any missing equipment, damaged hardware, or site-related issues immediately to the project coordinator.
• Clean the work area and dispose of packaging materials as instructed by the site representative.
• Obtain site sign-off upon successful completion of the installation.
