Onsite Meetings & Events Operations Specialist

JLL in Paris is seeking an Onsite Events Support professional to ensure seamless operations for meetings and events across the EMEA region. You will set up spaces, coordinate suppliers, and refresh rooms per the playbook standards.

Fluent in French and English, with 3–4 years in event coordination or hospitality, you will manage planning, stock control, safety compliance, and daily communications with the Hospitality & Events teams.
