TECEZE is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer (Backfill) to provide onsite EUC, desktop, and network support from our Bourg-en-Bresse location. You will install, image, and maintain desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware and software, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems running smoothly.
The role requires 3–6 years of IT support experience, ITIL/Microsoft certifications preferred, and strong SLAs discipline.
