Onsite Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & Devices)

Astreya is seeking a Desktop Support engineer with 4-7 years of onsite experience across office and factory environments. You will handle break/fix, deployments, and support for laptops/desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, handheld scanners, and conference room A/V equipment.

You will work via ITSM processes, use SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility, and apply strong Windows and basic networking skills to restore services quickly.
