Onshore Installation Leader – 28/28 Rotation

Assala Energy is seeking an experienced Onshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead safe, reliable operation of a Gabon production site. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will oversee production targets, asset integrity and workforce engagement across rotations.

This rotational, site-based role operates on a 28 days on / 28 days off schedule, demanding strong leadership, planning and communication to ensure continuous, compliant operations and optimal asset performance.
