About the role

At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring.

We’re hiring an Online Reputation Manager to grow cozycozy’s visibility and authority internationally. You will build relationships with high-quality travel and media websites, creators, and social media communities to secure meaningful coverage and brand mentions.

The scope is broad: online PR, partnerships, reviews, guest content, and social mentions when relevant. The goal is to strengthen our reputation, authority, and brand awareness globally, which also improves how we show up in search engines and how we get cited by LLM platforms.

The position is an on‑site role based in our office in Budapest or Paris.

Your mission

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Own cozycozy’s online reputation and authority across our priority markets, making sure we are visible, trusted, and correctly represented.
• Coordinate content that builds trust and authority: reviews, guest posts, partner articles, and social posts when relevant.
• Ensure quality control on everything that goes out (accuracy, positioning, links, landing pages).
• Come up with strong ideas and story angles, and secure coverage through online PR (pitch, negotiate, follow up, publish).
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, creators, and journalists, and turn them into recurring collaborations.
• Track what works and what doesn’t: coverage quality, share of voice, authority signals, competitor moves, and citations on LLM platforms.
• Work with external contributors or agencies when needed, keep execution clean (briefs, timelines, QA), and validate invoices with the relevant internal teams.

About you

• You are fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus.
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, partnerships, and online reputation (experience in outreach, affiliate, PR, SEO is a plus).
• You are comfortable writing outreach emails and building relationships in English.
• You are comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• You’d consider yourself curious, proactive, and able to work independently.
• You like fast execution, high standards, and international teams.
