OneStream Lead: Global Finance Transformation

Who is the company and what is the context of the role?

We are supporting a market leader specializing in the integration, administration, and optimization of performance management systems (EPM/CPM). In the context of strong growth and expansion of its projects across Europe, the company is looking for a Lead Expert - OneStream M/F to work on strategic assignments with international clients.

This role is designed for an expert, ambitious, and dynamic profile, looking to lead high-impact transformation projects in fast-paced environments. The role is based in France, with the main office in Paris but flexible in terms of work from home policy.

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Expert - OneStream M/F, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising OneStream projects from design to go-live;
• Supporting clients on consolidation, reporting, planning, and performance management challenges;
• Defining functional and technical architectures and ensuring overall solution consistency;
• Managing and developing consultants working on projects;
• Leading workshops to understand, challenge, and translate business requirements;
• Ensuring quality of deliverables, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets;
• Collaborating with international teams and delivering projects across multiple countries;
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal methodologies and service offerings; …

What kind of profile am I looking for?

• You have strong expertise in OneStream or another EPM tool such as SAP BFC, HFM, Tagetik, etc., along with a solid understanding of financial consolidation challenges.
• You bring significant experience within consulting firms, system integrators, or finance departments.
• You are recognized for your leadership skills, your ability to structure complex projects, and your capacity to support and develop teams.
• You thrive in international, fast-paced, and demanding environments.
• You are motivated by transformation initiatives and are eager to work on strategic projects at a European level.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
