OneStream Consultant M/F - Move to France/ Learn French

Our client is a renowned consulting company recognized for its expertise in digital transformation and financial systems. The company supports CAC 40 companies, SMEs, and mid-sized businesses in implementing innovative solutions for performance management and financial consolidation.

In the context of rapid growth and increasing demand for the OneStream solution, our client is expanding its team with a Senior Consultant (M/F) specializing in the solution. This role is part of the growth of their international internal team and includes French courses for international consultants wishing to join their teams in France!

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Consultant for OneStream, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the implementation of the OneStream solution for the client portfolio (from design to final delivery).
• Analyzing client business needs regarding consolidation, planning, and reporting to propose tailored solutions.
• Configuring and customizing the OneStream solution based on functional and technical specifications.
• Providing functional and technical support throughout projects, resolving issues, and adjusting solutions as needed.
• Supporting users in adopting the implemented solutions and providing training on best practices.
• Conducting workshops with clients and leading working sessions to validate expectations and specifications.
• Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

With a master's degree (Bac+5) in finance and/or information systems, you ideally have 3 years + of professional experience working with EPM tools such as OneStream, BOARD, TAGETIK, etc.

You also have strong knowledge of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting) and proven experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Fluency in English is required.
