Who is the company and context?

We have partnered with a large, international industrial group who have complex consolidation structures and places strong emphasis on accurate, timely, and transparent group reporting.

As part of an ongoing finance transformation programme, the group is implementing OneStream as its new enterprise consolidation and performance management platform. This programme aims to modernise group consolidation, improve automation and control, and create a scalable solution to support future growth. To support this critical initiative, they are seeking a Consolidation Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of the OneStream consolidation stream.

What will I be doing?

  • Leading the consolidation workstream within a OneStream implementation programme, from design through to go‑live and stabilisation.
  • Acting as the main interface between Group Finance, local finance teams, implementation partners, and internal IT or data teams.
  • Managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies related to group consolidation and reporting.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of consolidation requirements, including ownership structures, eliminations, currency translation, journals, and controls.
  • Ensuring alignment between accounting requirements, group policies, and system design choices.
  • Supporting testing phases (SIT/UAT), cut‑over planning, and go‑live activities, ensuring finance teams are prepared and confident in the new solution.
  • Driving clear communication, governance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

  • 5+ years’ experience in consolidation and in project management, ideally in a large multinational organisation
  • Hands‑on experience with OneStream and SAP-FC is a must
  • Proven project management experience, ideally in finance transformation or systems implementation programmes.
  • Solid understanding of group reporting concepts such as intercompany eliminations, IFRS or local GAAP, currency translation, and complex ownership structures.
  • Previous experience with consolidation solution deployment and an understanding of IT systems
  • Fluency in French and English
