Tasks
Understand and capture Customer telecommunication mission needs (air interface, operations, ground segment/space segment compatibility, user terminals),Consolidation of System Concept of Operations taking into account Customer constraints, One
Sat product portfolio definition (specifications, design, …),Consolidate customer external and internal system interfaces definition,Regular interface with ground components, satellite and operation experts to define a suitable system solution for the customer,Support system IVV activities for the program,Continuous monitoring and planification of the end-to-end activities, ensure technical problem solving on time, on quality and on cost,Organization and participation to technical system workshops related to the project scope,Prepare and participate to project reviews with customers including data pack elaboration on system topics,Support customer project manager in the tracking and negotiation of contractual technical changes related to system aspects as result of project evolutions or customer complementary requirements
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in satellite telecommunications engineering,Knowledge of ground segment (operations, user terminals, gateways),Knowledge of payload operations and design,System engineering knowledge including requirement management,Ability to synthesize information, formalize trade-offs and take associated technical decisions,Good communication skills (internally & externally) and ability to work/interface/cooperate with different engineering entities,Team spirit, Autonomy, adaptability,Language Skills: English at negotiation level.
