About the Role
At Bigblue, we are building the logistics backbone for the next generation of commerce. We help modern brands provide the same fast, reliable, and transparent experience across all sales channels. Since 2018, we have built a tech‑driven fulfilment platform used by over 600 brands, including Muji, Aigle, Scuffers, and Cabaïa. We operate 9 warehouses across Europe and ship millions of orders every month.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Coach and advise new merchants through a decisive onboarding phase, ensuring clarity on timescales, prerequisites, and support.
- Share best practices and ensure compliance with operational requirements while maximizing use of our SaaS product.
- Monitor first shipments and guarantee they run flawlessly.
- Collaborate with merchants to refine operational processes by leveraging e‑commerce expertise.
- Educate customers on the specifics of Bigblue’s service to unlock value and act as the leading product expert.
- Tailor solutions for each client’s unique needs, helping them leverage our platform for maximum impact.
- Remove blockers and set merchants up for success by utilizing Bigblue tools.
- Champion customer needs internally to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Track and report onboarding performance and satisfaction targets using appropriate metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Must‑Have
- At least 3 years of customer‑facing experience, ideally in B2B Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
- Organised with exceptional time‑management skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine desire to help others and solve merchant challenges.
- Data‑driven decision maker who prioritises using metrics.
- Curious, proactive, and open to new ideas.
- Comfortable engaging with merchants across channels, including email, video calls, phone calls, and in‑person meetings.
- Tech‑savvy, confident navigating digital tools.
- Empathetic with a calm presence in all interactions.
- Proactive in turning ideas into action.
- Collaborative, thriving in environments that encourage learning and sharing.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience in logistics, SaaS, D2C, and e‑commerce.
- Proven track record in upselling and cross‑selling.
