Hostify is a fast-growing SaaS platform for vacation rental and short-term rental management, trusted by property managers worldwide. The Role

As a French speaking Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' first — and most critical — experience with Hostify. You'll own the onboarding journey from day one, ensuring new clients get up and running quickly, confidently, and successfully. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technical know-how and customer relationships.

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead new clients through end-to-end onboarding, from initial setup to full platform adoption.
  • Use internal tools to manage client migrations efficiently and accurately.
  • Deliver training sessions that translate platform capabilities into real operational value for clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding clients via ticketing system, email, and WhatsApp — resolving issues with speed and clarity.
  • Surface client feedback to the product and development teams to drive continuous platform improvement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve onboarding friction before it becomes a problem.
  • Track onboarding metrics and client feedback to refine and improve the process over time.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role — ideally in tech or travel. Direct experience in the short-term rental industry is required.
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be asked.
  • Strong communicator with a talent for building trust and lasting client relationships.
  • Technically literate, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Collaborative by nature — you make the people around you better.

Onboarding & Training Period

To set you up for lasting success in this role, the first three months will be dedicated to an immersive onboarding and training program. During this period, you'll work embedded within our Technical Support team, building deep, hands-on knowledge of the Hostify platform — how it works, how clients use it, and how we solve problems at scale. By the time you transition fully into the Customer Success role, you'll have the technical grounding and product expertise to handle any client situation with confidence.
