Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join our onboard boutique teams, delivering a premium guest experience and maximising luxury watch sales at sea. You will guide guests through high-value purchases, leveraging deep product knowledge, storytelling, and brand relationships to build trust and repeat visits.
