On-Time Delivery Process Optimization Lead

As the On‑Time Delivery (OTD) Process Manager, you will drive real, visible impact on delivery performance across ten warehouses in Europe. Your role goes beyond analysis—you are a key driver of change, ensuring that improvements are understood, implemented, and embedded in daily operations.
The Role
You are the owner of the On‑Time Delivery process. Your responsibilities include safeguarding and improving delivery reliability, ensuring that orders reach customers on time and in accordance with the promise. You translate business needs into effective process improvements and ensure successful implementation across the organization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process‑optimization projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Coordinate and track process improvements, analyze performance data to identify and resolve underlying issues, and maintain related policies, procedures, and training materials.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze, identify, and implement opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, driving continuous improvement and innovation using structured methodologies.
- OTD Process Ownership: Own the end‑to‑end OTD process across inbound, outbound, transport, and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to standards across all touchpoints.
- Project Management: Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation to ensure successful delivery.
- Requirements & Solution Management: Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs, identifying gaps, and managing risks through governance structures such as Design Boards.
- Data Management: Define data requirements, coordinate data cleansing and migration activities, and validate data usability to support reliable operations and decision‑making.
- Documentation & Business Readiness: Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and change‑management artifacts while supporting business readiness, communication, training, and adoption of new ways of working.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure strong business involvement in testing, validate scenarios, and secure timely resolution of defects.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and align stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure business buy‑in, collaboration, and successful implementation of improvements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong experience in warehouse and project management, with an understanding of key OTD drivers.
- An analytical mindset, able to identify root causes and improve delivery performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, driving cross‑functional alignment on delivery reliability.
- Experience in project delivery and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Open to travel within Europe.
