On-Site Service Engineer – Belgium

Position Summary
As an On‑Site Service Engineer, you will be the mobile support for our clients in Benelux. You will be the point of contact for multiple product lines in our catalogue and for different clients across the Benelux area. You will assist clients with initial setup or training and perform system integration, maintenance, mechanical installations, and software support from the office in Mechelen, travelling frequently to clients (up to 4 days per week).
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support to clients according to their requests and needs
- Deliver initial product training to clients
- Perform proper product set‑up per client needs
- Carry out system integration and maintenance
- Ensure proper follow‑up of any appropriate after‑sales actions
- Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum technical education or a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field
- Valid driving licence and openness to travel across the Benelux area
- Fluency in Dutch at native level and high level of English (business proficiency); professional or conversational proficiency in French highly desirable
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of technical concepts
