On-Site IT Support Specialist (Freelance/Backfill)

Role requires hands-on desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware support, and strong coordination with vendors. You will handle IMAC tasks, inventory, AV support, and VIP end-user assistance across Windows and Mac environments.
