On-Site IT Support Specialist (Freelance/Backfill)

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activities. The role covers desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware support, network basics, printer setup, and Office 365 issues.

You will manage IT inventory, coordinate with vendors, perform IMAC tasks, and support AV and meeting room technologies while maintaining SLAs and assisting VIP/end-users.
