On-Site IT Support Specialist - Flexible Backfill

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activity.

You will support desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and AV systems, perform IMAC activities, manage IT inventory, assist in conference rooms, and ensure SLA adherence while coordinating with vendors. The role requires independent, high‑touch service and strong Office 365 knowledge.
