TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or needed for dispatch activities. Responsibilities include desktop/laptop support, hardware/software installation, IMAC, printer setup, AV support, and Office 365 issues.
You will manage IT assets, ensure SLAs, and coordinate with vendors while delivering high-touch VIP support to end-users.
