On-Site IT Field Support Specialist (Freelance)

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill/ Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or for dispatch support in Croissy-sur-Seine, Île-de-France.

The role covers desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, IMAC activities, printer and AV support, Office 365 issues, and vendor coordination. Strong communication and independent work style are required.
