On-Site IT & AV Support Specialist

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activity. You will support desktops, laptops, and peripherals, install and maintain software, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

The role covers imaging, printer support, AV help for conference rooms, and end-user VIP support with strong documentation practices.
