- Deliver bulk potable water via a known schedule to Schofield Barracks, ensuring no facility or tactical water station is without water at any time.
- Provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary including direct filling of US Army tactical M149 series 400-gallon trailer-mounted Water Buffalos.
- The Contractor shall transport the bulk potable water to Schofield Barracks on an on-call basis as needed.
