About The Job

As AXA Group Operations' Digital Workplace program ("One Workplace Program") expands, the Windows Edition Product Manager will require a Lead Onboarding Product Owner to support the rollout of Windows Edition across AXA entities. The role will oversee migration projects, represent product management in governance with the entities, and coordinate with Release Management.

Job Purpose

With the onboarding mandate growing from 25 to over 65,000 users (target 160,000 by end of 2027), the Lead Onboarding Product Owner will ensure all projects are aligned with global product strategy and delivered on schedule.

The Main Objectives Are To

  • Ensure the right level of stakeholder management and escalation for Onboarding projects and participate in all steering committees with entities
  • Oversee and manage in dotted‑line the 5 Onboarding Product Owners, building effective team dynamics
  • Ensure entities’ requirements do not deviate from the global product and forward them to Release Management for roadmap planning when needed
  • Prioritise entity feature requirements during onboarding projects in collaboration with the Product Manager, Release Product Owners and overall release planning
  • Consult with all Windows Edition Product Owners and the Product Manager in a “scrum‑of‑scrums” organisation
  • Lead incident and problem management during UAT, pilot and deployment phases

The main activities are for the Lead Onboarding Product Owner to:

  • Understand business insights and needs across all entities and onboarding teams
  • Set up requirement prioritisation and release planning aligned with stakeholder expectations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through prioritisation and communication with Release POs
  • Conduct risk reduction and escalation to the Product Manager
  • Represent the Product Manager in entity project governance (steering committees)
  • Identify key partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in supplier governance (Microsoft Mission Critical, Managed Services Steering Committee) and lead Windows Edition topics
  • Serve as backup to the Product Manager when required
  • Help build business cases by scoping projects with Onboarding Product Owners

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program/product management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in agile methodology as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Customer‑centric, results‑driven
  • Strong relational and organisational skills, autonomous
  • Analytical and synthetic mindset
  • Excellent editorial skills
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Functional knowledge of Workplace/MDM solutions and IT domain
  • French is a nice to have
