Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the seasonal assortment plans for EMEA Stores, and regional E-commerce, aligning global brand guidelines with local market specificities and digital behaviors.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales and retail KPIs across the EMEA network, preparing detailed performance reports by product category.
- Elaborate proactive recommendations, action plans, and commercial animations to drive retail performance and maximize sell-through.
- Supervise inventory flow, including rebalancing, transfers, special orders, and deliveries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between Digital and Retail operations to ensure timely product launches, coherent online/in-store product stories, and seamless omnichannel client journeys.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Retail 360 teams to prepare weekly boutique updates, collection launch tools, and seasonal catalogs.
- Actively participate in product training sessions and trade animations to empower store teams. Support European store openings, pop-ups, and launches by defining the initial target assortment and monitoring early performance.
- Supervise the Allocator’s daily workload, guiding them on stock allocation, store replenishment parameters, and inventory rebalancing across the EMEA network.
- Partner with Client Services and After-Sales to monitor qualitative and quantitative customer feedback regarding product performance.
- Benchmark and analyze competitors’ assortment strategies and local pricing dynamics across different markets and distribution channels to identify growth opportunities.
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail Buying and Merchandising, preferably within the premium, luxury, or advanced contemporary fashion sector. Experience handling both brick-and-mortar and digital channels is highly valued.
- Huge analytical mindset with a data-driven approach. Proven ability to translate complex sales metrics and retail KPIs into actionable commercial strategies and stock optimization plans.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel is mandatory for managing large data extractions, reporting, and stock rebalancing workflows.
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) as you will be working daily within an international EMEA matrix.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners (Stores, Retail Ops, Visual Merchandising, After sales, Marketing).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
