Responsibilities

The role will focus on managing projects and leading a team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are appropriate, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive, and you will demonstrate thought leadership at the strategic level along with strong command of the technical and operational details of execution in teams.

• Lead multi-year transformational journeys and work across topics such as strategy, growth, M&A/PMI, and channel optimization.
• Develop and implement customer-centric, value-driven strategies and online/multi-channel initiatives.
• Design and optimize retail concepts, store formats, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store experiences to drive traffic and sales while reducing costs.
• Guide organizational design, governance, and financial structures; manage cost of goods and supplier relationships.
• Provide IT and data-driven insights for retailing and operations; support effective change management within client organizations.
• Lead and develop teams, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or retail; knowledge of topics listed in the practice overview.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
