Overview
We are seeking an attorney to join our Oil & Gas team in our Bismarck office. As an attorney in our Energy Department, you will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial agreements.
- Assist with regulatory and permitting filings and proceedings.
- Work on a variety of transactional and financing matters.
Qualifications
- Prior legal experience, but we are open to considering entry-level candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong academic background.
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of North Dakota.
