As part of a partnership with an offshore wind client, we are looking for an Assistant Contract Manager to work on large-scale projects, primarily offshore. Within the Turbine Contract Management team, you will work closely with the Contract Manager on several strategic contracts covering the supply and installation of offshore wind turbines.

• Support the Contract Manager in contract execution and administration
• Handle the commercial follow-up of contracts: contractor requests, variations and claims
• Help anticipate and mitigate contractual risks
• Take part in negotiations and dispute resolution
• Manage payment schedules, payment certificates and invoices
• Keep contract registers and Contract Management Books up to date
• Prepare minutes of meetings and weekly and monthly progress reports

• Degree (Bachelor's to Master's) in contract law, international business, project management or engineering
• First experience in contract management, contract administration or project procurement
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction or offshore is a plus
• Rigorous and well organised, with strong writing skills
• Comfortable in an international, multidisciplinary environment
• Fluent French and English (English is a must)

For a client operating in offshore wind, we are looking for an HSE Advisor. The position is based in Dieppe, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of 2026, across construction and operations activities.

• Carry out HSE inspections on onshore and offshore sites
• Support operational teams and HSE managers on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Take part in incident investigation reviews and risk assessment evaluations (RAMS)
• Prepare prevention plans (PdP), PPSPS and permits to work (PTW)
• Coordinate subcontractors, including daily SIMOPS coordination meetings
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks and HSE campaigns

• Hands-on experience in industrial and offshore environments
• Offshore Medical, GWO BST and H0B0 electrical certifications
• Strong safety culture: regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Fluent French and good working English, spoken and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
