About BlaBlaCar
BlaBlaCar is the world's leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.
Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of BlaBlaCar's Paris office and support the Facilities team. You will manage daily office operations, coordinate vendors, and support internal teams, contributing to a pleasant, safe, and eco-friendly workplace for all employees.
Your responsibilities
- Office Management: Supervise reception, ensure daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a tidy, safe, and comfortable workplace.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Coordinate and negotiate with service providers, follow up on maintenance and works, and ensure HSE compliance.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Handle invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and maintain Facilities documentation.
- Internal Team Support: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, provide event logistics, and promote employee well-being.
- Projects & Sustainability: Participate in workspace improvement projects and support eco-friendly initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Office Management or a similar role
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Hard skills :
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Basic accounting and budget monitoring
- Knowledge of HSE standards
- Proficient in G Suite, MS Office, and Slack
- Soft skills :
- Organized, proactive, versatile, team-oriented, and environmentally conscious.
