We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager / Places Manager to oversee the operations of a major global technology company’s Paris office. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery — ensuring a seamless, safe, and engaging workplace experience while supporting all business functions and partner teams including Sales, IT, HR, Finance, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and workplace experience.
  • Act as primary liaison with building management, landlords, and local authorities.
  • Coordinate the Paris office fit-out and relocation project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Partner closely with Sales, IT, HR, Finance, and Security teams to deliver operational support and enhance employee experience.
  • Oversee vendor performance, procurement, and budgeting (opex and capex).
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Support local implementation of global culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years in workplace, facilities, or real estate management within a fast-paced, multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience managing office fit-out or move projects.
  • Strong vendor management, procurement, and budget control experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
  • Fluent in English; French language skills highly advantageous.
  • Proactive, organised, and confident working both strategically and operationally.
