Office Capital Markets Analyst

• Prepare marketing materials, including service proposals and sales memoranda
• Conduct property tours and participate in pitches
• Analyze assets offered for sale, including profitability calculations, valuations (cash flow and capitalization approaches), and SWOT analyses
• Conduct ad hoc market research for investor clients
• Analyze and summarize legal, technical, and financial documents
• Support prospective buyers throughout the sales process by answering their questions
• Advise French and international investors on the sale or acquisition of real estate assets or portfolios

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a business school, or a master’s degree specializing in real estate or finance
