General Summary
We are seeking a versatile and organised bilingual English Office Administrator to support our R&D team based in Grenoble/Montbonnot.
Responsibilities
- Manage office logistics, administration and organisation
- Administer general services contracts (security, badges, parking, fire safety, cleaning, building)
- Reception and front desk duties
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department and create/manage suppliers
- Request quotations and purchase orders, and manage supplies purchasing (office supplies, coffee, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Accounting department; receive and record supplier invoices
- Work with the accounting firm on taxes, social security declarations, and supporting documents for external funding applications
- Coordinate with HR, prepare meal vouchers, arrange occupational health follow‑up appointments
- Oversee mandatory training, DUERP and occupational risks management
- Onboard and manage new employees and provide employee support
- Expense report follow‑up and travel management, as well as organising lunches and team‑building activities
Required Skills And Knowledge
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in an international company
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and internet/intranet systems
Minimum Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Associate's degree and 2+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
