General Summary
We are seeking a versatile and organised bilingual English Office Administrator to support our R&D team based in Grenoble/Montbonnot.
Description
- Manage office logistics, administration and organisation:
- General services contracts (security, badges, parking, fire safety, cleaning, building)
- Reception and front desk duties
- Coordination with the Purchasing department:
- Create and manage suppliers
- Manage requests for quotations and purchase orders
- Manage supplies purchasing (office supplies, coffee, etc.)
- Coordination with the Accounting department:
- Receive and record supplier invoices
- Work with the accounting firm on taxes, social security declarations, and various supporting documents for external funding applications
- Coordination with HR:
- Preparation of meal vouchers
- Occupational health follow‑up appointments
- Mandatory training
- Management of the DUERP and occupational risks
- Onboarding and management of new employees
- Employee support:
- Expense report follow‑up and travel management, management and organisation of lunches and team‑building activities
Required skills and knowledge
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in an international company
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and internet/intranet systems
Minimum education level
Bachelor’s degree in Administration

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
