Your impact:

• Contribute to market analysis and product sizing studies by providing technical data and competitive benchmarking to support product positioning.
• Support the introduction of new product lines and the adaptation of existing powertrain solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and provide technical documentation and data packages required for product certification and regulatory compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation (manuals, technical specifications, and product data) within the internal documentation management system (BAM).
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) in compliance with the ISO Product Development Process throughout the product lifecycle.

2. Customer Project Management & Technical Sales Support

• Partner with the Sales and Commercial teams to develop technical proposals for OEM customers, ensuring alignment between product configurations, technical capabilities, and pricing.
• Utilize Salesforce-based project management and configuration tools to assess technical feasibility and support project execution.
• Manage customer projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Provide on-site technical support for mechanical and electrical installation of engines and powertrain systems.
• Conduct commissioning activities, application validation, and performance testing to ensure successful customer acceptance and satisfaction.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training

• Develop and deliver technical training sessions for the Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure a strong understanding of new product capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering teams across the Weichai Group to identify, adapt, and implement powertrain solutions tailored to the EMEA market.
• Participate in cross-functional technical workshops and international projects to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Profil

Your assets:

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Engine Integration, or Technical Project Management.
• Experience within the Off-Highway, industrial machinery, power generation, construction, agricultural equipment, or automotive sectors is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines, powertrain systems, and mechanical/electrical integration.
• Good understanding of emission regulations, particularly Stage V standards.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, technical documentation systems, engineering configurators, and CRM/Project Management platforms such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Management processes.

Languages

• Fluent English is mandatory (working language).
