Responsibilities

• Spearhead analytics to drive strategies beyond the card, encompassing cross‑sell and engagement.
• Drive multiple US SME strategic growth priorities such as BLOC, BCA, Blueprint, and AP Automation.
• Support and enable GCS product partners with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to help leadership evaluate and drive business performance.
• Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners, and senior leaders to assess and identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Exhibit exceptional execution skills – resolve issues, identify opportunities, define success metrics, and make things happen.
• Drive automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.
• Challenge the status quo with breakthrough thinking to generate insights, alternatives, and opportunities for business success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a relevant domain.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
• Strong technical and analytical skills (SQL and Python) and ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results.
• Familiarity and interest in using emerging AI and Gen AI capabilities to improve digital targeting outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Strong programming skills are preferred; experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams and geographies.
