OB/GYN Opportunity in Eastern Oregon – $490K Base/Bonus + Loan Assistance

We are scheduling interviews with a critical access hospital in Eastern Oregon, which employs 80 physicians and has 700 employees. The hospital is adding another OB/GYN to its team.

About the practice:

• Base salary and production bonuses over $490,000
• Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
• Student loan assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including health, malpractice, 401K with match, $8,000 CME, etc.
• Excellent work/life balance with a four day work week
• Light 1:3 call schedule, an average of 13-17 patients daily. If you see 15 or more patients a day, a scribe can be provided
