O&M Technical Coordinator M/F – Montpellier, France. Permanent contract, Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

You will join Qair Group's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, working directly with the O&M Manager and with O&M teams across the various countries. The scope covers Qair's entire international photovoltaic fleet, with growing involvement in energy storage (BESS) and occasional wind asset topics. You will work cross-functionally with development, finance, construction, QHSE, and country management teams, as well as with O&M suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical coordination of O&M activities for PV plants, including those that may integrate BESS.
• Select and manage maintenance service providers for covered assets.
• Handle occasional wind-related topics as needed.
• Provide on-site technical support and assist Asset Managers, collaborating with country teams and the Contract Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (suppliers and subcontractors) to maintain asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical coordination of O&M activities for photovoltaic plants, with potential BESS integration.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with development, finance, construction, QHSE, and country management teams.
• On-site technical support experience and collaboration with Asset Managers and the Contract Manager.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.

Location and Travel

Based in Montpellier, with occasional international travel required.
