O&M Manager - France

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in ensuring renewable energy assets operate reliably and efficiently.
• Manage all Operations & Maintenance activities for solar PV and BESS projects across France.
• Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, contractual KPIs, and availability guarantees.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Monitor plant performance, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and maximize uptime.
• Lead and support local field service engineers and subcontractors across France.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers, investors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of five years experience in O&M management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong experience with utility‑scale solar PV projects; Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience highly valued.
• Good understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and grid connection requirements.
• Proven ability to manage international operations and lead remote teams across the UK.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and operational compliance standards.
