Nutricosmetics Strategy & Innovation Lead

L’Oréal R&I Advanced Research is seeking an Innovation Manager to drive nutricosmetics and beauty supplements strategy, bridging nutrition, microbiota, and skin/hair biology. You will lead cross-functional teams, validate ingredients, and shape an ambitious pipeline aligned with regulatory and market needs.

Ideal candidates have a PhD in Nutrition/Health, 7–10 years in dietary supplements, and fluent English. The role is based in Île-de-France with high-impact opportunities across global brands.
